Which will you buy - Apple iPod Video (80 Gb) or Sandisk Sansa e280 8 Gb?

Those reviews I read said that Sandisk Sansa e280 8 Gb is the most serious competitior to iPod so far. But the price between these two are not really great, considering the iPod has 80Gb.

So which would you prefer and why? Pls advise, 'cause I'm getting confused now.

It depends...Those 2 are actually really different products.

Sansa- Good for excercising, does not skip, uses flash memory, good price, best value, supports WMA, Supports music providers (which is a big plus), and it is very durable, plus you are different,

But- The scroll wheel doesnt look very nice.

iPod (80gig)- Good for holding a LOT lot lot of music, lots of accessories, looks nice, compatible with AAC audio, and iTunes (You hate it or Love it).

But- Not very durable (ie scratches, smudges etc), only works with iTunes (like I said, Hate it or Like it!), and almost everyone has it (even the President!).

I myself thought about getting the iPod 30gb, or the Sandisk Sansa e280 (8 gig), but I am ready to get the Sansa. If u r gonna buy it now, buy it from www.amazon.com because they have the cheapest price on the web.

There is just something about an iPod that makes you instantly fall in love with it. No one knows what it is. It just feels good in your hand and is so easy to use. Apple also pioneered the whole digital music lifestyle which is another plus for them not to mention the best misuc management software (iTunes) available. Hands down iPod all the way.

i offered the Sandisk e280 by way of 8 GB, did no longer think of i could use all of it up, yet to have it for an added $50-60 regarded lifelike. I discern i can positioned each and every CD we own on it, and $179 is the backside i've got considered it for.
