my legs are took skinny for hold ups and I prefer not to wear tights

I don't like tights either and hold ups irritate my thighs, so I always wear stockings with a garter belt or garter panties to the office, ad for casual for that matter. I think you call them suspender pants ans sussies. I wear my stockings very high and don't have a problem with them under pants . Dress pants are usually lined or loose and jeans and corduroy are usually heavy enough that the garters don't show.

It depends on the reason you want to wear stocking and sussies underneath. If it is purely because you dont like tights for health reason, then buy tights that have an open gusset, or do as i do and cut a TINY hole in the gusset (the hole will get bigger anyway so only cut a tiny one). If its to keep warm under trousers then wear long or over the knee socks.
Depending on the trousers the suspender belt may well show. It may also be uncomfortable. But if you are wearing it just so that when you get undressed you look sexy, then i suppose you have to put up with a bit of discomfort.

I also have thin legs and wear a garter belt and stockings all the time with dress trousers and even jeans. I don't like the feel of the hold ups, and the elastic shows through everything but the thickest materials like jeans and corduroy. I prefer the feel of nylons under pants, even the lined ones, and am not a fan of pantyhose. That's like wearing two pairs of pants. Trouser sox make you look like a Dike, and leave marks on your skin. They are really not very ladylike, so it's stockings and garters for me. I assume sussies are little panties with garter straps attached, we just call them garter panties in the US.
If you have thin legs the garters shouldn't show because the pants won't be tight. I wear mine an the seams and very high anyway so garter bumps aren't a problem, unless I am on a date with skin tight jeans, then Its kind of fun to have them show a bit.

I guess so... if the trousers aren't too tight....
Wouldn't have the same 'sexy' effect as stockings 'n' sussies under a skirt or dress though! lol

Why not tights? Sure would seem to be easier. Or trouser socks. Knee highs. I wouldn't try thigh highs because they will roll down. I only wear stockings when I want to play.

about the condom thing has no one ever heard of a femidom (female condom) if men want to wear stockings by all means they can there are such things as mantyhose (tights for men's) and of course the kilt in some countries/religions it's normal for men to wear dresses and skirts such as very long kaftan's so if you are bloke and want to wear a skirt don't let gender stereotypes put you off

Yes. My wife often wears stockings (not pantyhose) but she doesn't want to always wear a skirt and she doesn’t like knee-hi. She also wears textured and fishnet stockings under her jeans.

the strap may show as an imprint throught the trousers, i know you can buy all in one stocking with the waist part attached.
trousers socks are good too.

i will only wear tights under trousers when i want to keep warm or comfutable
it looks sexier if a woman wears tights
