"Until he passes away..." So you are saying that we should make him a dictator and suspend all national elections for the duration of Bill Clinton's life to make sure no one you dislike can ever be President for the next 40 years or more...

I voted for Clinton. But he served his 2 legal terms. If he came back it would not be a democracy any more. And I am not willing to give that up. There are other good people out there. What we need is term limits in the congress to keep new blood in the offices so people are actually serving for the good of the country and not their own individual bank accounts. Some of the senators have been their so long they are a fixture.

Hell NO!! If you want to bring back the greatest President in the last 40 years, bring back Reagan if he were still alive and not suffering from Alzheimer's. We had the greatest prosperity under him. The only thing we have as a result of Clinton is a bunch of bad Monica Lewinsky jokes and a war trying to find Bin Laden. Did I mention that if Clinton had accepted Bin Laden when he was offered up, the WTC would still be standing?!!

He gave the islands off the coast of Alaska to Russia. DUH!!!!! what a freaking maniac! He allowed fleets of Chinese ships off the coast of florida and they are fully loaded with missiles.. and they are still there today!!!!

NO, Clinton exposed to a generation of kids it is OK to lie in public and deny having sex, then admitted to a oral encounter. Now, my 7 year old son at the time, asked what it was, and why did he lie.
I don't think we need Bill Clinton back!. Besides, he got a lot of soldiers killed in two wars the liberals don't talk about. Somalia and Bosnia and what did he accomplish?????/ Nothing!!!!!!!

Nope, legislation won't do it. That would require an ammendment to The Constitution. Could it happen? Well, anything is theoretically possible. Would it happen? Not very likely since that would allow the likes of George W Bush to go for it again. THAT would be SCARY!
