this is a difficult question to answer. 1st SRS costs an average of 20,000 for the surgery but there are other costs involved. you need to see a counselor for around a year and average cost is 120.00 an hour that should get you the first of 2 letters needed. so you will need to see a second counselor once you have your first letter to be evaluated for your second letter. there is also the cost of hormons and doctors visits to be monitored. this price will vary depending on your doctor, insurance and types of hormones perscribed. the surgery mentioned above does not include hotel, travel, or removal of breasts. you will also need to be on hormones for the rest of your life. when you average it all together over your life span your looking at around 55,000 to 65,000 dollars and possibly higher.
