I'm wondering for the safest way to cure it. Furthermore, I have an urinary infection too (escheria coli). Could someone iluminate me, please??

There is no safe way, except with your Doctor's advise. Why have you not gone to see him?, that is something that should be taken care of right away. No one can tell you what to use, the only expert is a professional, be weary about any remedies that anyone may suggest, you are taking care of a human being that depends on you, why would you take something that was not Doctor supervised? I don't think it's possible to have a urinary tract infection caused by E coli. I think you are confused, and that you need to stop diagnosing yourself, and go see the doc.

Consult your GP immediately, I mean these things orccur during pragnancy. Just have to be more careful.
UTI is also very common, do drink more water to avoid that, the GP should probably prescribe u a very strong anti biotic or not as you are pregnant.
Do consult ur GP quick.

u need to see a dr and not tell anonymous people on an online forum abt your vagina secretions.
this forum isnt a substitute 4 a doctor
you need to be diagnosed and treated by a professional
especially when yo are pregnant.
