the smell, if it is clean, how they decorate. i have to add this me and my husband went over to a person's house he worked with. it was so filthy, and he took us into EVERY room in his house showing it off, each room worse than the last, when we got into the kitchen the floor was, so greasy your shoes/feet slipped on the floor. also, the guy looked like sugar bear off of the old cereal commercial. to this day, 10 years later, my husband and I say remember when we went to sugar Bear's house.

I check for guns and ammo that is usually a big red flag also if there is any kind of livestock in the home also a red flag, and then I check the fridge for beer and penguin meat. If they're stock up I will probably go get my Sleeping bag and hangout for a couple of hours and talk about the good old days when 20 oz soda used to be 99 cents and what not.
