how do l handle a situation whereby a male employer often want me in bed before employing me.?

this often occur to me anytime l go for job hunting. how can l handle this matter in the labour market.

You are probably endowed with substantial physical assets!
Do you dress/behave provocatively, answer questions with sexual innuendo, or try to seduce the man who interviews you? Play down your assets as much as possible and dress well but not in a way that attention gets diverted to these aspects.
Be serious in answers, polite and, if you are married, or engaged or going steady, give enough indication of this when you have an occasion to provide this information to certain questions. This is going to be tough but achievable. Highlight your skills, past working experience, and desire to work hard for your pay.
Dont ask personal questions about the interviewer even if he leads you to it, so that you dont encourage him further.

In all my years of interviewing, and all the interviews I've gone on, I've never been propositioned in my interview. Sometimes later, but never during.

Wow. I would try downplaying my looks and flirting.

This is sexual harassment. If you're talking to the boss of that entire company, thats just sad, and sickening. If they're not, talk to the head honcho owner/manager, so they know that this is going on.

well you better think about it...if your employer is single, handsome, loyatl, and reliable...why not? You can love him and be your husband...But if not, your like a slut...so better avoid those kind of employers...I think your pretty and seductive...thats why employers are after you...can we be friends?
