if for example, I repeat over and over again:
"I will be better person"
"i will not blame her for my mistakes"
"I will not complain anymore"
"I will be always polite"
"I will not have harsh attitude"
"I will see all people as my friends"
"I will respect her"
"I am responsible for my destiny"
"I love her"

might take more than hundred times, but it will work...try fewer more specific sentences...like...I love her because...and make that into ten different sentences...oh and repeat them to her in a caring way...everyday...and "all people are NOT your friends" that's just stupid

Only if you act as if you ARE what you are saying, Use emotions to feel that what you are saying is all ready true about you, and use words that back up your thoughts. With those four things in sincere place, then yes, you will change. But if you are saying it without belief, actions, and words to back it up with, then it's just empty sentences with no meaning.

Saying them is one thing. But do you believe them? Are you willing to act upon them?
