month and I expect to receive my wages month end but alas, one staff told me that my wages will be accrued to next month that is end of next month. I feel it isn't right as though I'm working for free for this month and I really hate this late payment . Do you think it's fair to me that they postpone my pay? She gave the excuse that because I only worked for a few days and they are all paid on 25th of each month.

If they are all paid on the twenty fifth, i am asuming that the pay period is from the 20th of one month to the 20th of the next or something close to that. Here's the thing we'll use December and January. If you began working on December 18th, on the 25th of that month, you should have gotten paid because you worked before the pay period ended. But, if you came in after the twentieth, you won't get paid until the next paycheck. Sorry, but that's how it goes sometimes.
