the water particles clinging to our skin and body evaporates very quickly with the help of the fan. when the water droplets evaporate, they take away the energy from our body heat. thats why we feel the cooling effect. under normal circumstances it takes sometime for the water droplets to evaporate which allow our body some time to adjust for it.

After a bath, there is a presence of tiny water droplets on your skin. The fan increases the rate of evaporation (i.e, the water molecules on the surface of the droplet rise leaving the less energetic particles behind).
This therefore decreases the temp. of each of the droplet causing cooling to the body as a whole:)

The fan speeds the evaporation of the water from your skin. The water, as it evaporates, takes heat with it...thus, you feel cooler.

evaporation
try this, put rubbing alcohol in your skin.. fan it & feel the coolness as your body heat dissipates faster. heat is removed with circulation. alcohol evaporates faster than water.
