Honesty and fairness in dealing with all stakeholders, such as customers, vendors, employees, shareholders, and to Govt. agencies in respect of taxes, etc. This is a tall order and some practices may result in conflict of interest. The best companies are those that try their best to satisfy all stakeholders and still continue to make profits. It is not the business volume or profits, but ethics that give a company a good name.
