like in japan where men are the most important group in a society and control most of the industrial corporation where mostly japanese womens are just a housewife . every japanese family thinks that a boy{ son} can do better than a girl[daughter} . so a family without a son is not very good according to their costume and tradition .so do you think that men are the soul of the nation . like those poor countries in africa or in the third world. men in that nation are dumb, stupid and lazy and its the women who are the hardworker than men so their countries are poor right.

Interesting theory. I believe that all nations suffer when males dominate a culture. Male machismo is an ancient artifact from our primitive beginnings as a civilization. The suppression of women takes many forms. It is in religion and all other forms of society. But it denies us the wisdom, experience and creativity of over one half of the human family. Men in Africa are trapped in the mess created by European colonialism. But many still cling to the old male-centered ways of doing things. As the planet continues to die around us (thanks to male leadership) we must all unite to create a global society that treats all people equally (not only based on gender, but race and culture too) and that makes the healing of the Earth and the end of war our top priority. Our survival as a species depends on it.

Success of a nation depends on its people, man and women, from young to elderly. Success doesn't comes by easily, and its clearly known harder to substain success. Young ones need to be taught right to substain the success, and we need to learn from elders about pass mistakes so that we know what direction to improve. Man, makes better leaders as the gender is known to be more decisive can able to take more positive control. However, without hardworking mother who work hard to bring up this man, teaching him the right values, he won't grow into any fine man capable of being leader. Without hardworking good wife, this man spend more time worrying his family rather than his career, hence never be able to do the job good enough to become a leader. That is why behind every successful man, there is a woman. Neither of the genders are created to live alone. Woman is there to complete a man, same vice versa. Third world countries doesn't receive enough education hence their thinking are unable to progress. It is not their fault. Just that their time hasn't come yet.

I think the success of a nation depends more upon that nation's leadership and values than on the gender of its workers. In Japan, females are expected to get high marks in school and go to college as well as males. The reason the Japanese are so successful in business is because of their society's values and their country's competant leadership. The reason third world countries are doing so poorly has more to do with being in the control of greedy warlords and maintaining stone age superstitions that bar education.

I'm a man and I think the success of a nation depends on all who live there. All people need to strive in one accord towards a goal to be successful.
