want to send more than 40 mb dtabase files to another computer
is there any site to upload bigger files safely and speedily

Their are some way u can send till 100 mb fies.
1) puracse some ftp account
2) create www.inbox.com account & use it free.

Splitting into 20 files are really tedious. There is a free online program but only allow sending of up to 100 MB. You have to separate it into 3 sections (better than 20).

if you and the person you are sending the file to have skype i know that the file transfer rate is unlimited (or it was last time i checked)
failing that one of you can downlaod a freecopy of filezilla server
and set up an FTP server you create a user account and password for the two of you set it up and you can copy the file to the FTP folder (so that any changes or accidental deletes do not affect the original) the file can then be downloaded from anywhere in the world. however i believe that you would need to register for a dynamic domain name at a minimum and it may be best to use the netserver suite that incorporates an email server in it. which would provide an added level of security as only you and who you need to send the data file too would know of the existance especially if you do not submit the domain name to the search engines and if you just leave a blank index.htm as your homepage.

You simply need to have an FTP site and download an FTP client Software.
These are both free and you can search to find the guidelines on the Internet.

thn buy DATA ONE 2mbps connection & send it through any messenger
if u try it now u need 2 wait for days to upload 40 mb

use msn or yahoo messanger.
then just snd files and accept to another comp.
i sent a movie to a friend the other day(a christmas file of me and family, not illegal major production movie).

use msn or yahoo messenger., you can send up to 1 gb in yahoo messenger just make sure that both of you have a very fast internet connection.,

Better use file splitter to split the files in to parts and then upload it in some sites or send it thro mail servers.

use software naming splitter. main function of this software that it breaks heavy size files in to smaller size
