I got the Duran Duran 'Greatest' CD+DVD (2005?) and apparantely there are loads of easter eggs with loads of interviews etc., but i checked on the internet and they say about the some other version. Are there any of these easter eggs on the version i have?

No, there aren't any easter eggs on the CD+DVD, which was aimed more at the casual Duran Duran fan who wanted copies of the most popular videos they remember from MTV, but don't really care about the details.
For those who want to dig deeper, look for the two-disc DVD set of "Greatest", which has almost all of the videos DD released to MTV/VH1 (including rarer stuff from their later years). It also has alternate versions of several videos, including a super-early film of DD playing "Planet Earth" at the Cedar Club in Birmingham in 1980, and several interviews from various points in their career.
