first buy a small sketchbook, I'd recommend something like a Molskine pocket sketchbook, then draw everything you see thats either odd or interesting. I usually draw people on the subway or in the mall. You could also look at other work from Artists, drawing inspiration from them will not only make you a better artist but it will also make you more perceptive of the Art World around you.

No inspiration? You are not looking closely at your world! Draw the clutter on your desk, your shoe, your face in the mirror, inside your medicine cabinet, the pantry. Whatever is around you is a likely candidate. Try a journal that you can take with your and draw your surroundings, the bus, buildings.....endless possibilities. Draw from real life, even if it doesn't look great at the beginning. You will get better the more you do it.

become open minded,go out side and look around draw what you see.go where peaple are and watch them,when you see the funny things that peaple do it becomes fun.theres inspiration all around you,once you become open to it,take art classes see if theres a arts and crafts center in your area they teach you and being around other artist will help the most.we are fun and wierd peaple,if you think on the right side of the brain you will fit right in.communty coliges also have classes.good luck and have fun.

you can try a self- study(self portrait) and work your way to a self nude.you can get your inspriation from the people around you in daily life, sketch the old men sitting around, the kids playing, the women hanging out at the corner store gosipping......... the list is endless and you're limited by your own imagination!
i can't understand why you would want to be limited by my imagination???
