as we have no US bank account . how can we check out in Turkey from paypal . are there service sites that takes paypal account money and sends cheque to customer .

i mean exchange sites like bidpay as it takes money from credit cards than sends cheque to adress . is there a way for paypal ?

According to the Paypal website you can send, receive, and withdraw to a US account. So you can't receive to a Turkey account. See here: http://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_display-approved-signup-countries-outside
That means you can do transactions through only a USaccount. Like I guess it would be easy to pay but if you're selling something that might not work for you. In order to set up your Paypal I think you need a bank account. It's been so long since I set it up, I'm not really sure.
Looking here http://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=p/gen/ua/policy_payments-outside it looks as though you can use a credit card to pay. You probably need a bank account though. You could try to contact other sellers from Turkey to see how they receive payment. Just do like askseller a question to a Turkish seller.
