It could be your mucus plug, so your body is preparing to go into labor soon. You should definitely call your ob/gyn or have them check your cervix next time you visit.

It sounds like your mucous plug, don't worry too much, but call your OB if you are worried. Some pregnant women lose their mucous plug slowly and others lose it quickly, everyone is different. This could be a sign that delivery is close but for most pregnant women who lose it at 36 weeks it just means your mucous plug is going to come out slowly. If it it starts to turn pink (like there is small amounts of blood in it...call your OB...Labor may be close). Good luck!

It sounds like your mucus plug. That doesnt mean that your in labor, but it does mean that your cervix is doing some kind of dialation. The next time you have your doctors appt. I would mention it to him. IF you start regular contractions before that, call him.

Tinny Mom,
You have every right to be concerned when it comes to you baby. You can never be to careful. It doesn't sound serious, but you really should check with your doctor, don't take any chances.
