Oh man, do I know the feeling. It's just the lifestyle choices you make and what your body can handle. Take me for instance. I'm only 22 and graduated from college less than a year ago. But if you looked at my daily routine you would swear I was 60. I'm in bed every night at 9:00, I don't go out and party anymore, and if for some reason I do it takes me three days to recover. I blame most of my "old" habits on the "real world". I have to leave for work at 6:30 so staying out late and living it up just arn't an option anymore. It doesn't make anything any better than I have a health issue that makes my joints deteriorate to the level of a 60 year old as well. At this rate I'll be in a nursing home by 30. But chin up, head out to the 4:30 early bird special, and live it up 'til 8:00!
