If that would ever happen it would be WWE & ECW vs TNA cuz ECW being paid for by WWE.

No, because TNA is not owned by Vincent Kennedy McMahon, but is its own separate company. If TNA always keeps their shows in Orlando and doesn't travel like WWE, then their viewers will become less at their arenas. ECW is owned by WWE, so that is why their wrestlers are included in games like this. If Vince bought TNA also, then he would more than likely include TNA on the name of the new video games.
