Some websites to get quotes on your trip(including airfare, ground transportation, and hotels) are:
www.orbitz.com
www.hotels.com
or
www.tripadvisor.com
If you're looking to go to Disney, SeaWorld, or Universal Studios, I reccomend staying offsite if you would like to save the most money. If you are looking to stay on the premises, I want to reccomend staying at Disney's Boardwalk Villas, or the Beach Club Resort(Villas). These are great for kids, as they have kitchens and locked off bedrooms. It is your home away from home. If goign to Universal, Portofino Bay is a great hotel to stay in that is on site.
Of course rates always go up around the holidays, but the three websites provided always have discounts and deals for the holiday. And since it is around the holiday, you probably will want to stay off site, if you're fussy about crowds.
And again, make sure to go to the website and fill in your information, so at the end of the process you can get your quote. If staying on site of attractions, depending on what accomidations you pick, it'll run you about 8,000$ to 16,000$. Off site accomidations are below 8,000 around the holidays. This includes lodging, food, attractions, and etc.
Hope I was able to help.
