If you're a male - you should be proud of your dark - honestly, just stay in shape and get a personality and some physique and a career of course - and the good news is many women (including your fair ladies) like it a little dark in their men -- enjoy

In childhood you are not exposed to sunlight as you only go to school and come back. Gradually your skin is tanned and your skin gets the colour as per your genetic behavior and also Skin color is due primarily to the presence of a pigment called melanin.

It's because of sun exposure...which is why it is important to use sunscreen to protect the skin not just from darkness but also to prevent sun burns...

Dunno. I got the same thing, kind of. I had brown hair and dark brown eyes until my mid-20's, then my eyes got lighter (pale green hazel) and my hair got darker (it's black now).

Got no clues as to why, but it's not a bad look.

All children, of any race, will be lighter when they are younger than at adulthood. that is just how it works.
