wht's the procedure to lock the particular site?

It's easy. Follow this:

Go to: Tools =>Internet Options=>Security=>Sites.

From here u can block any particular site.

Select Tools -> Internet Options -> Security -> Restricted sites in Internet explorer.

Now click the button sites and then add the site which you want to block.

Add that site in block site.
