It is up to your employer to provide you with the correct form that will legally allow THEM to give the salary to her. Most likely you will need a lawyer to create a power-of-attorney form.

You haven't said where you are and you haven't said why you would want this to take place.

You would probably run foul of money-laundering regulations and be committing a criminal offence. If you wish your aunt to receive the value of your salary, then have the money paid to your bank account and a standing order to transfer an equivalent amount into her bank account.

Your name and address at the top, with date.

'This is to authorise .......(your auntie's name).......to collect my salary on my behalf'.

Sign your name. Print your name underneath with payroll number.
