In contemporary psychology, psychophysical means having to do with the relationship between physical stimuli and our psychological experiences of those stimuli, e.g., the relationship between different wavelengths of light and the colors that we perceive.

In your quotation, Allport seems to mean something different. I expect he means something like "body plus mind." He's just emphasizing that personality depends thoughts, feelings, nervous system functioning, etc. and the interactions among these things.
