Deja Vu to me is like something you did in a past life. It is like little memories of what we lived before. It happened to me years ago when I went to a house at the beach in an island closed to my country and when I was going down the stairs I stopped suddenly because I had the impression that that happened before, the same exact thing. It was scary but at the same time interesting.

There are countless parallel universes occuring alongside what we call 'Reality.' Nature gives us occasional split-second glimpses of these other worlds.
Our natural mind wants to understand what we are seeing, which is impossible, so it retracks a stored synaptic concoction in our nervous sytem, and compares it to our deja vu moment.
This doesn't make sense either, but our learned compulsion to make sense of things compels us to assume that the deja vu vision is a 're-living' of the past again.
Our mortal mind acepts this idea, because it has bigger fish to fry, and let's us revel in our imagined portal into the riddle of time.
In fact, if we pierced the veil of time we would lose our minds, being mortal. We can only do this in the 'safety' of our dreams, which our minds erase the minute our innocent human toes touch the cold bedroom floor, to protect us.
Caffiene causes the main arteries to the brain to expand. If you suddenly decrease your caffiene intake, you can sometimes induce deja vu sensations. The only problem is that stopping caffiene causes headaches. To counter this, take an aspirin with a tall glass of water, and then take a walk, which will increase your circulation.
If you have chronic, constant deja vu events, you might be seriously malnourished, or receiving messages from a combination of alien creatures teamed up with dead ancestors.
Stop and take a nap. Lay off hard liquor and drugs for a few hours, and see if the events stop. If not, become a politican's wife, priest, nun, fortune-teller, or children's librarian.

I even have deja vu extremely usually. it somewhat is not extraordinarily accompanied via a detrimental experience for me a minimum of. For me its in basic terms feeling like I even have been someplace till now or i'm remembering having a communique with somebody because it takes place. What I even have observed is each time I even have deja vu it varies in era so a great way as consistent with danger some 2nd to three minutes, the sensation of remembering a undeniable experience, yet no rely what, i'm no longer able to tell you what is going to happen whether deja vu continues to be in progression. i don't comprehend it yet i'm enormously specific it somewhat isn't any longer a demonstration from god which you're approximately to have some form of sick fortune.

I think both..
I have had deja vu's to the point I have been known to say (to a friend) pick up the phone its your mom and the phone would ring.
I always get them more when there is going to be a major change in my life.
Just be mindful of them, the can help guide you through at some major decisions if you need them to..

It's a glitch in the system. Like when a program freezes on your computer and you need to reboot. Nothing magical about it.

you can't say that something that has happend is deja vu unless it has already happened or is already happening. so, it can't really mean to warn us.
