Depends on ISO. I guess you're referring to ISO 9000. If that is the case, basically this means you must have fully documented production and business processes. If you already have Operating Procedures in place, its at least 3 months paperwork and preparation. If not, double or triple the time.
I'd recommend you get an consultant. ISO certification is not free nor too easy to pass, so battling with the standards may be more complicating than the consultant fee.

ISO is a gadget it somewhat is to be recorded and purely observed. Say If I checklist myself that i visit consume often at 9 AM and on Monday morning purely Iddlys, If I consume in the previous or after that factor this is non-conformity and if I consume on Monday different than Iddly it is likewise a non-conformity. For that I even have the liberty to alter the time and merchandise and this is to be recorded and observed as this is. In temples the pooja timings and the different strategies choose not be substitute for the ISO purpose. unquestionably this is the officers that replaced in guise of ISO. ISO has no fixed norms and in spite of norms are there this is to be observed systematically with checklist. For betterment can be replaced and to be recorded.
