I remember when I was like 10 years old. its was late in the evening and I was in my mother's room because she just finished braiding my hair. it started to rain and there was terrible thunderstorms that keep going on after the other. It really frightened me, i was always scared but because this one was so frequent I was afraid out of my mind. I kept fearing that the lightening would strike the earth or something horrible like that. i didn't tell anybody how frightened I was, but i was so scared i told my mother because i was going to go crazy. she told me to pray. at first i was like what is that going to do? anyway i was sitting on her bed and prayed to God to make the lightening and thunder stopped and it did!! i was so shocked that it happened like that. you could say it was a coincidence but I knew that it came from my prayer the way it stopped completely. and ever since that day i believed in God and thanked him, because that was a miracle
