not the women
they are famous for surrendering at the first sign of trouble. they used to have a pretty good navy, but the English took care of that for them. The Louvre. Their food isn't that great. Maybe just the wine and surrendering.

Well they may not have a "backbone" now but not all did in WW2 they did have the french resistance. If it wasn't for that a lot of things would not have happened/ended up the way they did.

Besides French kissing, French toast, French fries, French mustard, French baguette (long bread), French coffee, French chocolate, French wine & champagne and French Haute Cuisine you mean?
Let`s see...
Les beaux-arts: literature, architecture, paintings & sculptures.
Haute Couture (fashion).
Their annoying accent.
Their inherent arrogance.
Their bad breath (usually of the garlic variety!).
Their hairy armpits & legs (ladies, please...).
Does this answer your question at all?
Je l`espère bien tout de même!
Pour qui vous prenez-vous de poser une question pareille?!?
Et puis quoi encore!?!
Joyeux Noël & Bonne Année!!!
Take it easy & HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!!
