They are not related but both played Superman very well and both were taken from us far too soon!!

Christopher Reeve (no "s" at the end) and George Reeves were not related biologically. They were related theatrically, however, in that they both played Superman, George in a long-running television series, Christopher in four motion pictures. George Reeves committed suicide in 1959. Christopher Reeve, who had long been paralyzed from a horse-riding injury, died in 2004.

I am sure there are a George and a Christopher Reeves who are related. But, if you are referring to the Superman portrayers, no, they are not. It's George Reeves, and Christopher Reeve. (Please note, no s at the end of Christophers name)
