according to me if a person is just acting then he will cry loudly to show everyone that he is upset but if a man is really hurt he never share it with anyone instead of it he keeps it closed and let his heart cry as much as it can so that his burden loads off!!!

my heart was the one who suffered so much pain... but it surely helped a lot when I cried, not that loud but a very painful cry...

I'm not sure if its you refer to Emotional or Physical pain. But in general, I just endure it silently.

Are you referring to physical or emotional pain?
If it`s physical pain, I cry out loud.
If it`s emotional pain, I let my heart do it for me.
