There are two sources. The White Nile flows out of Lake Tangangyka (probably spelt wrong) in Tanzania, the Blue Nile flows from mountains in Ethiopia. The meet near Khartoum.

The Nile consists of two parts that flow into it.
The Nlue Nile and the White Nile.
The source of the White Nile is starts in Rwanda and passes through Lake Victoria and leaves it through the Ripon Falls. Then it goes through two more lakes then flows into Sudan. Many say that it actually starts in Lake Victoria.
The Blue Nile starts in Ethiopia in Lake Tana in the Ethiopian highlands and then meets with the Blue Nile in Khartoum, Sudan,
