I'm not sure there's a specific name for the struggle between good and evil...
"Omnipresent" is a stronger word than "ubiquitous," but they both mean the same thing.
Yes, omniscient means knowing all, including past and future.

The continuous battle between good and evil is called 'Parents V Children'
Omnipresent and ubiquitous mean almost the same. However, you would not use them in the same context. Omnipresent not only means 'everywhere' it means everywhere all of the time (that is, past present and future). Germs on the other hand are ubiquitous. No matter where you go they are there - and probably there all of the time - but not the same one.
I think that you will find the difference could be that omnipresent relates to an individual, whereas ubiquitous simple refers to anything that would be there all of the time. It could be that in true translation that ubiquitous means 'not going.' I've fallen a bit behind on my Latin just recently!
Omniscient does include knowing the past and the future - Omni (being 'all') and scient (as in science) being 'knowing.' Being 'all knowing, you would know past, present and future.

I suppose the word 'feud' could do. A feud is a bitter prolonged violent quarrel or state of hostility between families, clans, or other groups, therefore it should also apply to Good vs Evil.
Something which is omnipresent is continuously and simultaneously present throughout the whole of creation. It can also mean something which is present or seemingly present all the time or everywhere.
Something which is ubiquitous is present everywhere at once, or seeming to be, basically the same as omnipresent.

There is no battle between good and evil. That is a myth put out by people who want to tell you that you're evil if you don't believe what they do.
Omnipresent means existing everywhere, ubiquitous means the same.
Omniscient means knowing everything so, yes, knowing about the past and the future.

good vs evil???
me talking with my mother-in-law !!!
[hint: I'm the "good" one]
to add to the other definitions/distinctions between omnipresent and ubiquitous: ubiquitous often has a commonplace, pejorative connotation, while omnipresent [rarely] does

There isn't really one word for the battle between good and evil. Good and evil are usually just concepts used to vilify the group that isn't them anyway.
