i got my robosapien v2 yesterday for christmas. i got it out of the box (with difficulty!) and inserted the batteries like told to. when i switched it on, the lights in his eyes light up but nothing else happens. when i try to give him a command he doesnt do anything. any ideas what to do? i realy need some help and any advice would be welcome.

Hi,
Your RS2 should, on pressing the on button, swing its arms out & say "I am RSV2 by Wow Wee Robotics".
- Double check that batteries, are they all in correctly in the right places? (have you put the 'brain batteries' the small AAA ones in the feet as well as the bid D ones?)
- Are they all new batteries of good quality EG a well known make?
If all is okay with the batteries, you may have to take it back.
