Nope!! before we go to sleep we are thinking a lot of stuff sometimes we are imagining something to have and to happen thats why sometimes it leads us dreaming!
When we are sleeping all our body systems stops including the nervous system(brain) because all the body tissues and organs in our body must have their repares everyday. thats why when we are sleeping we thought our soul is flying to somewhere else..
For those who answered yes, no offence but i guess they are not familiarized by the functions of the body systems!

i encourage to fluctuate. I have spoken with many human beings interior the medical career about some thing they don't even communicate among themselves -- the go out of the spirit from the body. lots of them have instructed me that they see a mild, a sparkly fog, or a suspended cord at the same time as the spirit leaves the body. yeah it seems a weird question but i once read about psychic voyages. they occur during sleeping time and the soul leaves our body to wander. then goes back as we woke up. plus there are a lot scientific explanations.
