If you want them to stick out more than brown you always go the opposite color of your eyes. Brown will make them pop.

You should start with applying some primer all over the eyelid up to the brow bone. Then try Almay's Intense- i-Color for Green Eyes eyeshadow collection sets. When you have picked either to intensify or play up your look take the base(lightest) color and apply it to the whole eyelid up to the brow bone. The take the crease( middle color on the eyeshadow tray) color and apply only to your crease, being sure to keep your eyes open while doing this. Next, apply the eyeliner for green eyes and apply it the way you normally would apply it. Take your lid(last color on tray) color and apply over the eyeliner if you have it on top to make it stay on longer. The primer helps to keep eyeshadow on longer too. Take the mascara and apply it to the eyelashes being sure there are no clumps.Lastly apply your foundation if you were it in a sweeping motion outward blending it as much as you can. Foundation helps control over shine and oiliness.

your eyes ,are a perfect size, and the skin color willl go great with my idea's.okay first take pencil liner and go close to lash line, and go close to inner eye. now make a thin line, and while making the line, stop halfway, so your eye 's should look like half part of it is eye linified and the other is not. so then take liquid liner ,and traceover the pencil liner, and you can pass the halfway line, now if you look good with a curve outside of your eye ,what people call a WING you can go it ,but make sure you don't curve it ,just make a small light color ,wing.now take eye shadow ,and take the color blue, and try to find a light ,or dark. now take the dark or light blue, and put a thin line over the eye liners,if you feel that is too little of a line ,you can make it wide, now if blue is to wild of a start you can do brown, brown is very warm color that goes with eyes. now then ,take your mascara and swip it once on your eye lashes ,and then do once on your bottem eye lashes.

As i do not see the rest of the face to go with it, i`m guessing, but seeing that these are light colored eyes, i`d settle for some light makeup - such as skyblue or a very pale green.

Don`t use hard / dark colors - they will take the attention away from the eyes.

You have beautiful eyes! On my Mary Kay website they have a virtual makeover section where you can pick your complexion and eye color. After you make your choices you can pick the different colors of eye shadows to see what looks best to you. It's really fun to play with many different eye shadows. Check it out www.marykay.com/jseneca
