India is the most cultural country in the world. It is so complex. So many religions, So many cultues, so many languages, So many races , so many different places and what not. Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainisam, etc originated from India. Islam, Christianity, Judaism etc flourished in India. more than 900 languages are spoken. More than 40 different constumes. Where else can you such a diversity? The cultural heritage date back 5000 to 10000 years. The first University in the world was noticed in Thakshasila where people from all over the world studied. There were 23 subjects taught there.

Well, Asia is a continent! The most cultured country in the world is India because you will never the authentic indian feel anywhere else in the world.In the field of History India has had a glorifying story to tell us and you will never find the innumerable colourful religions of India anywhere else in the world...........

Greece is reknown as one of the oldest,constant cultures in the history of the world. Culture, the world in it's self denotes education, and progress while maintaining tradition. The Orient while remaining steeped in the mire of long standing ignorance and India with it's streets full of filth and death on the other hand don't even deserve to be mentioned in the same question.

i think every country is cultivated with vast cultures.. it's gotta be hard to identify.. but my guess would be, China in Asia, Greece in Europe, Peru in South America, New Zealand in Oceania..
