Yes - lots of firms will sell using the C.O.D. (cash on delivery) method of payment. It's no problem. If you do not pay the cash, they simply return the good to the warehouse.

C.O.D. is used when sending goods from one firm to another and is not usually the case when sending good to a customer. It could be arranged however.

In the UK it depends on the seller .I paid cash on delivery not long ago for some beds i ordered from an add in the paper .Usually its from a seller who has a warehouse not an actual shop
