Well it means that you are the last one on her mind or after having tried all the options you are the last one but doesnt want to waste a penny on you ...may be she considers that as a wastage.
Well an advice ...just to keep the fire burning ...give her a miss call back ....you must only consider yourself lucky if she gives you a call not a miss call.
