Who are Derby respondents?

I have read several business related surveys which opine that "Derby Respondents" believed so and so.

So who are Derby respondents? Or is it a name of some research agency or maybe a brand name also?

Plz tell. Plz answer as regards to a survey results only.

IMPORTANT: The surveys I read had nothing to do with Horse-Racing. They were pure business or marketing related surveys.

It appears to be something to do with an annual report or results obtained or competition run by Business Standards, which is an Indian business magazine - a google search of the phrase reults in over 200,000 results.
