No. It's classed as a bank holiday. Cash machines will, of course, work as usual. The banks will be open again on the 27th but probably for slightly fewer hours than usual.

Apparently you can do on-line or telephone banking......my husband just has. (Co-op Bank ) Banks as such aren't open though.
