Most cellular company's have a computer link for texting to mobile phones. For example, Verizon is vtext.com. Cellularone is celloneusa.com. If you go to your carriers website, odds are you will find a link somewhere on there to text to mobile.

go to O2 site and join you do not have to have a O2 phone but you get 10 free texts per month so if you and you family join they get 10 free texts also
