Did you mean new or second hand? I have a feeling a Ferrari 250 GTO (original of course) went for a ridiculous sum of money in the late eighties or early nineties - possibly in the region of $9m. New car? I think it is the Bugatti Veryon (You may want to check the spelling) but it's well over US$1m I think
