First let's start with the condom allergy thing. Most of the time, if a women is allergic to latex she will have vaginal burning and redness in the vaginal area. What is the most likely reason to the burning sensation when you pee might be more a urinary tract infection (UTI) which you need to see your doc about if the burning is not only present after sex but all day long also. If it's only after sex, then it might be latex allergy but that would be pretty unlikely if you hadn't notice on top of that the itching, redness and burning sensation.

Know what you could do to determine if you have a latex allergy ? That's a really simple thing to do. Wear a latex glove for approximatly 15 minutes and then removing it. If you see your hands is red and itch after that, than it's really a latex allergy we're talking about. As simple as that.

And supposed you really have a latex allergy : there's alternative. There's non-latex condoms you can use and plenty of other things.

As for pain during intercourse, I'd suggest taking a lot at this great article there, it list all the reasons for painful sex:

But overall, some of the reasons can be : too rough sex, lack of lubrication, the women tensing up, some STDs such as chalmydia,etc...

It may be slightly tearing you when having sex, unless it is only stinging when a condom is used. If you are concerned, go to a doctor or clinic and get tested.. Your partner will need tested as well.

First my friend go to the doc.. and have a check for VD as it sounds like you need help when it hurts when you "pee" this is a sign that some thing is wrong and then tell your partner to go to the doc as well she / he may also have a bad bug......
then stop with the sex for a while and see if if does not hurt any more.....
THE DOCTOR will help you with the rest of your Questions..
GOOD LUCK and i hope you feel better soon...
