It would be nice to be able to go back and ask the people who wrote the books where they got their funny ideas from. Dreams, a lot of them, weren't they? In my opinion, he was dynamic, because on every page he does or says something different.

My answer would be:
Ba'al - flat, static, ineffectual
God - dynamic
You will need to go and research the story of the prophets of Ba'al yourself...not going to give it you on a plate man.....
