It could be that you are infact pregnant and experiencing what they call implantation bleeding which would be lighter in colour than a normal period. Many women have light bleeding at the begginning of pregnancy. Even if you were to begin experiencing cramps aswell this could also still mean you are pregnant as this too apparently happens when implantation occurs. But I would be a bit concerned (if you want to be pregnat) if you suddenly begin to get a lot heavier bleeding. Are you late?

are you on the contraception injection/depo? or are you tryin to concieve? if your on depo then u might be spotting wen ur on your period, i didnt get cramps either or it is posible that your pregnant get yourself down to your local chemist and buy yourself a pregnancy test
