I want to contract a loan from my employer but i will like to tell him to first increase my salary first before i put in for the loan what is your view and opinion.
check me up.

You are pushing it... your employer is not a bank !!
Get a loan from a bank - and talk (no demands) to your employer about it giving you a raise. Indicate why you deserve the raise, your accomplishments over the year. Don't whine about it otherwise it will be just that (a bunch of whining). Why you are a valuable employee, etc...
You may have a better chance of asking for the raise by reminding him of your contributions to the company.

Nay, I wouldn't do that. First you are going to ask to borrow money which is asking for a favor and then demand that he increase your salary. I think that he would think you were being a bit pushy. Not many bosses would keep someone around that did something like this. Don't do it.
