The legal age for sex is different in different countries in the world.
So I guess different countries have different perceptions of mental and physical maturities.

nicely, i'd say absolutely the minimum age is 17 or 18. I waited until eventually i replaced into 18 yet all my different acquaintances had sex way beforehand that. yet i do not extremely imagine any of them were waiting for it.

As you state every country would have its own view on the matter.

Before the legaly controlled democracy we live in girls would have been accepted as to be given away at their first menstruation or approximate time, as this would have been the norm and guidance for a girl to become conceived.

You also have to consider the lifespan was shorter hence also the need for offspring to be born as soon as possible.

Maybe for all girls on the planet we have stepped away from those practices.

In the UK, legally it's at 16.

However, you've hit the nail on the head by recognising that it depends on the maturity of the individual.

If you could do that then you are the right age to have sex .

More than the age it is the mind set and puberty of the girl.

She should be free from any tension before promising for committing to such an act. I feel it is not a sin and is the mental/physical urge and a sort of thrill....Once spoiled, spolied for ever...that is the result of game.....

technically speaking, anything involving a person under the age of 18 could be considered statutory, but as far as the legal age, I couldnt tell you definitively pertaining to sex between 2 consenting individuals. if its between 1 adult over 18 and a minor (under 18), there may be problems.

...and different levels of male domination of the legal process. Biologically the onset of puberty is the age at which intercourse could produce offspring. The age at which informed consent is possible is higher.
