1. Get the Nokia PC Suite - it's free and available from Nokia's Web site. It has a function to synchronize the phone with a PC. However, it will synchronize only such things like the contacts, etc. - it won't copy the complete contents of the phone; it's not backup.

2. Refresh? You mean - format? You can do this by entering "*#7370#" - but it is much better to use an anti-virus program to remove the virus.

You didn't tell us which virus it is. If it is indeed a virus and you're not mistaken, it's probably Cabir or CommWarrior - these are the most widespread ones. See the links below for free utilities for their removal. If it doesn't work, ask again and try to be more specific - i.e., tell us why exactly you think that your phone has a virus, which virus it is, which model is your phone and so on.
