When I've had a long day, and it seems the world is all against me, I come home and cook dinner. Set the table, light some candles. I take my baby's coat as soon as he walks in the door. We say grace, eat dinner. I clear the table, rinse the dishes and join him in the room to lay on his chest and hear his heart beat. He kisses my temple (forehead) and tells me, " I love you. B/c you love me so much. Dinner was wonderful." That makes me feel so appreciated. Like although he loves me, he also sees me, and recognizes all that I do.

Being appreciated brings you a really wonderful feeling.
If we're appreciated, we feel inspired to do things that we want to or even the things that could cause us to frown. As for me, what makes me feel appreciated are people who make every single day of my life worth it! Even a simple smile and an expression of gratitude can light up my day and also the magic words that we often hear. Also, their encouragements and efforts in saying or letting me feel the best whenever I am somehow down.

A phone call or a quick note saying "Thank you", and how much you appreciate the assist, it's VERY IMPORTANT to call and tell someone how much you appreciated their help, more IMPORTANT is that you are their to return the favor, without any excuses, when they ask, I just saw them off with the word "DONE".

I would feel appreciated if people remembers what I done for them. And that I managed to help them feel better. If not at least a little word like 'thank you' or 'sorry' makes me happy!
