It sounds like a case of premature ejaculation. Dont sweat it, it happens to everyone, especially when your younger and maybe inexpierienced.
Also be aware that men also secrete pre-c u m during arousal, it's a clear liquid and it's not unusual for it to drip out during foreplay.
if it keeps happening, try masturbating a hour or two before getting it on with your girlfriend.

YES, it can happen. I know i did it once. When i was in my 20's i was making out with my g/f. i was playing with her nipples. We were in bed.
